The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years in touring/entertainment operations, and excellent communication. Travel, scheduling, and liaison with venue management are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication with employees.
• 7+ years in entertainment operations/management, with retail, merchandise or touring experience.
• 5+ years touring experience in the entertainment industry.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, box office reports, union agreements, budgets.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel internationally and maintain work eligibility in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate touring operations and staff across engagements.
• Oversee training, onboarding, performance, and conduct across teams.
• Maintain morale, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
• Manage box office, cash, payroll, and financial reports for engagements.
• Coordinate travel, lodging, and venue logistics for tours.
• Liaise with venue management and promoters to ensure smooth operations.
