Job summary

Feld Entertainment is seeking a dynamic operations manager to oversee daily operations and the sales team on the road. This role requires 100% travel throughout the year, coordinating logistics, maintenance of equipment, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/food management experience.
• Valid Driver’s license and Passport required for travel.
• Experience in food service preferred (Food Handler or Food Manager Certification a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and sales team during tours.
• Ensure all equipment and inventory are maintained properly.
• Oversee transportation and accommodation for staff.
