Job summary

Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group is seeking a Company Manager for Touring to lead logistics, staff coordination and operations across venues on the November 2026–December 2026 tour. You will supervise the Performance Director, Production Manager and retail staff, ensure contractual compliance, and maintain morale while optimizing touring workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum +7 years in the Entertainment Industry in an Operations and/or Management field with a background in retail, merchandise, or touring entertainment.
• Minimum of 5 years touring experience in the Entertainment Industry.
• Ability to read and interpret venue contracts, box office reports, union agreements, documents, blueprints, safety manuals and budgets.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics and operations for touring units, coordinating staff and administration.
• Supervise managers and employees, ensure fair procedures and HR compliance.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, lodging, and local staffing for each city.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, settlements, and financial reporting for engagements.
• Maintain communications between touring units and corporate office; liaise with venue management.
