Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum +7 years in the Entertainment Industry in an Operations and/or Management field.
• Minimum of 5 years touring experience in the Entertainment Industry.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide total leadership and logistic coordination for the assigned Unit through monitoring and guidance of Staff, Cast, Crew and Administration.
• Oversee training and new hire orientation to ensure procedures are understood and followed; monitor results and take corrective action.
• Supervise box office operation, handle cash disbursements, payroll calculations, and prepare final financial reports for engagements.
