Job summary

LMG, a leading live events and audiovisual solutions provider, is seeking a Touring Account Executive to drive growth across Orlando, Las Vegas, and Nashville. You will build client relationships, translate goals into high-impact productions, and guide projects from concept to execution.

In addition to an energetic sales environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, manage contracts and invoicing, and drive post-event opportunities across

Qualifications

Experience in audiovisual sales or live event production.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand event goals and budgets, and design customized production solutions.
Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to win new business.
Coordinate logistics: site surveys, equipment planning, labor needs, and timelines.
Maintain proactive client communication before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and teams to deliver seamless events.
Manage contracts, deposits, and invoicing for accurate financials.
Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and identify future opportunities.
