Capital Vacations is seeking a friendly and organized Tour Receptionist for a full-time position. This role involves welcoming guests, coordinating tour arrivals, and providing support to the Sales and Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED and should possess strong communication and organizational skills. The role includes a starting pay of $20.00 per hour and various employee benefits including Medical, Dental & Vision insurance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours.

• Prepare daily tour reports and communicate updates to Sales Leadership.

Position Overview

As a Tour Receptionist, you’ll welcome guests, coordinate tour arrivals, support the Sales and Marketing teams, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours
• Assist guests with payments, reservations, and general resort information
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare daily tour reports and communicate updates to Sales Leadership
• Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding owner gifts and tour logistics
• Monitor tour counts and update leadership throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Support administrative projects and other duties as needed
