Capital Vacations is seeking a friendly Tour Reception Coordinator to be the first point of contact for guests, coordinating tour arrivals and supporting Sales and Marketing to deliver an outstanding vacation ownership experience.

The role emphasizes guest greetings, payments assistance, informational support, and a polished front desk presence in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours.
• Assist guests with payments, reservations, and resort information.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare daily tour reports and share updates with Sales Leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding owner gifts and tour logistics.
• Monitor tour counts and communicate updates to leadership throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Support administrative projects and other duties as needed.

Position Overview

Tour Reception Coordinator, you'll welcome guests, coordinate tour arrivals, support the Sales and Marketing teams, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive.
