Job summary
Capital Vacations is seeking a friendly Tour Reception Coordinator in Florida. You will welcome guests, coordinate tour arrivals, and support Sales and Marketing while delivering outstanding service from the moment guests arrive.
This full-time role requires strong administrative and customer service skills, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus. The team offers growth opportunities and a dynamic work environment in a resort setting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours.
- Assist guests with payments, reservations, and general resort information.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare daily tour reports and communicate updates to Sales Leadership.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding owner gifts and tour logistics.
- Monitor tour counts and update leadership throughout the day.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Support administrative projects and other duties as needed.
