Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Tour Reception Coordinator to warmly welcome guests, manage tour arrivals, and support the Sales and Marketing teams. You will ensure exceptional service from guest arrival through the tour experience.

The role emphasizes administrative duties, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with added benefits and perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in administrative, receptionist, or customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills essential.
• Professional, friendly and detail-oriented with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours
• Assist guests with payments, reservations, and general resort information
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare daily tour reports and communicate updates to Sales Leadership
• Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding owner gifts and tour logistics
• Monitor tour counts and update leadership throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Support administrative projects and other duties as needed
