Team San Jose is seeking a Production Assistant to support day-to-day activities in the theaters under the guidance of the Production Manager and tour requirements.

The role involves back of house assignments, assisting touring acts as a concierge, setting up dressing rooms, handling on-site requests, and ensuring facility cleanliness to enhance the event experience. Candidates should have 1-2 years in production coordination and be able to lift 25 pounds and drive a 15-passenger van safely.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of production coordination experience in concerts or entertainment
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to climb stairs regularly
• Valid registration for vehicle driven
• Valid insurance for vehicle driven
• A clean and reliable vehicle
• Charged cell phone that is operational
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to safely handle a 15-passenger van

Responsibilities

• Support touring acts as concierge; general assistant in the touring production office
• Attend to tour requirements, dressing room setup
• Address on-site set-up requests
• Run errands for Production manager and tour
• Ensure facility is cleaned before, during, and after events to maintain appearance
• Nightly settlement of cash receipts
• Submit service and venue repair requests to Production manager
