Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; willingness to improve knowledge base.
• Ability to communicate information clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone.
• Ability to read and understand information presented in writing, in person, and over the phone.
• Ability to work on a team, maintain a positive attitude, and learn.
• Broad knowledge of the audio touring industry, Clair gear, and company operations.
• Strong knowledge of loading/unloading trucks (53' trailer).

Responsibilities

• Accurately track, manage, and utilize company assets.
• Control and maintain inventory levels for current and future projects; ensure efficient shop operations.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to convert client information into working job orders for the shop.
• Handle multiple orders simultaneously with accurate and organized input.
• Provide departments with diagrams and information needed to build orders per client specs.
• Oversee assigned jobs from start to finish, ensuring protocol adherence and timely completion.
• Perform final checks of orders and client information before gear loading.
• Ensure field personnel have current equipment lists, diagrams, and necessary information for world class service.
