Thread Inc. is seeking a TouchPoint Programming Coordinator for its TouchPoint hub.

The role focuses on coordinating daily logistics, scheduling, and on-site runs-of-show for Thread-led and partner programming, including the weekly threadHOURS drop-in on Wednesdays. Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with logistics, event coordination, or facility-based program support.
• Ability to manage a multi-faceted programming schedule across rooms and stakeholders.
• Willing to work Wednesdays until 7:00 PM and occasional evenings/weekends.
• Interest in youth-focused programming and workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate master on-site calendar, room allocations, and weekly runs-of-show for Thread-led programming and partners.
• Collaborate with Thread staff, volunteers, and external partners to plan high-impact programming and events.
• Prepare run-of-show documents and align internal/external teams with role assignments.
• Support briefings, walkthroughs, and planning sessions for major events.
• Monitor programming pipeline to ensure steady cadence and resource availability.
• Manage on-site logistics including food/catering orders, volunteer tracking, and room setups.
• Assist in planning and executing large events (career expos, health fairs, distributions).
• Serve as liaison with TouchPoint facilities to ensure compliance with agreements and safety norms.
