Job summary

North Way Christian Community in Pittsburgh seeks a part-time coordinator to plan and run Teen Hub programming and to relationally support families in the neighborhood. The role includes coordinating volunteers, connecting minors and families to resources, and shaping an environment that empowers ministry to expand God's Kingdom.

The position is 15 hours per week and focuses on middle/high school activities, community engagement, and mission-driven outreach within the Hub and beyond.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all programming for the Teen Hub.
• Relationally execute family support efforts in the neighborhood.
• Manage volunteers and connect minors and families to resources in/outside the Hub.
• Create an environment that empowers ministry and expands God’s Kingdom.
