Job summary

Portland Timbers is seeking a Community Impact Coordinator (Part Time, 29 hrs/week) to support the Stand Together platform and Community & Social Impact department. The role emphasizes operational coordination, ticketing and fulfillment, and close collaboration with internal teams and community partners in Portland.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering excellent service to program participants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Experience in community engagement or events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Stand Together email, calendar, and inquiries.
• Coordinate ticket, merchandise, certificate, experience, and suite fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with reporting and data collection.
• Support on-site logistics for community programs and events.
• Assist with partner and participant scheduling and communications.
• Help with league activations and program documentation.
