Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field required
• BOC Certification in good standing required
• Valid Driver's License and CPR/First Aid certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, first-aid, and escalation of care as needed
• Coordinate with injury case management and communicate with stakeholders
• Monitor medical care, support injured employees and assist in modified work arrangements
• Conduct ergonomic analyses and recommend workstation adjustments
• Educate workers to improve physical resilience and posture
• Assist in safety and wellness initiatives and document outcomes
