Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field required.
• At least 3 years professional experience required.
• Industrial setting experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Must hold CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid first aid and medical care for employees.
• Coordinate care with WorkCare’s Incident Intervention Injury Management Program and physician escalation services.
• Provide episodic care for minor medical issues and recommendations per CMD guidance.
• Develop injury prevention programs through ergonomic methodologies.
• Perform ergonomic assessments and bio-ergonomic analyses.
• Support health fairs and wellness initiatives.
