Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a Supervisor Total Rewards to oversee Caesars Rewards Representatives on a full-time basis. You will ensure policy compliance, train staff, and resolve customer issues while maintaining service standards across the rewards program.

This role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft products, CMS, and WINet.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-year supervisory experience.
• PC skills, Microsoft applications, CMS, WINet a plus

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision and support to Caesars Rewards Representatives.
• Coordinate promotional responsibilities and monitor activities.
• Update Caesars Rewards Representatives on new policies and procedures.
• Train all new clerks and supply necessary codes and materials the new employee will require.
• Perform administrative duties and prepare reports; assist with events.
