Job summary

Salcomp Manufacturing USA is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Supervisor to oversee the design and execution of compensation and benefits programs. You will manage daily operations and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with HR leadership.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience in manufacturing sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation practices and benefits regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of compensation programs including base pay and incentives.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs.
• Supervise HRIS/Benefits and/or C&B team members.
• Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in total rewards programs.
