Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Total Rewards to design and administer compensation, benefits, incentive programs and culture initiatives aligned with business goals across the enterprise.

Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, you will lead regional and local benefit programs, executive compensation, and performance enablement while partnering with senior leaders to optimize total rewards, cost management and employee engagement across SEA's U.S. operations.

Qualifications

• Clear functional understanding of core HR business practices (HRIS, compensation, recruiting, performance management).
• Global business acumen and sensitivity to local cultures with empathy.
• Strategic and analytical capability to translate data into insights and plans.
• Leading teams with the ability to motivate and engage a high-performing group.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to tell a story with data using visualization techniques.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Time management and adaptability to shifting priorities in a matrix environment.
• Collaborative approach to consensus-building; compensation expertise a plus.
