You will oversee regional and local benefits, executive compensation, and incentive programs, analyze data, and collaborate with executives to align programs with business goals while ensuring compliance and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Clear functional understanding of core HR business practices, processes, and terminology (HRIS, compensation, recruiting, performance management).
• Global business acumen and empathy for cultural differences in a diverse workforce.
• Strategic and analytical capability to translate data into insights, strategies and financial plans.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience using data visualization to tell compelling stories with metrics.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
• Certified Compensation Professional is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and measure compensation and benefits strategies across the organization.
• Lead executive compensation and related programs
• Develop and administer compensation and benefits plans and policies
• Partner with senior leadership to align Total Rewards with business goals
• Oversee regional/local benefits programs including 401(k) and other plans
• Manage incentive cycles and performance management processes
• Ensure legal compliance and competitive positioning through market insights
• Communicate insights and recommendations to executive leadership
• Oversee vendor relationships for benefits and administration
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining competitive total rewards
