Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) seeks a DIR, TTL Rewards, Recognition & Wellness to lead enterprise Total Rewards, compensation, and wellness initiatives. You will oversee program design, market analysis, and compliance across DoD and NEXCOM requirements.

Responsibilities include managing compensation, incentives, recognition, and wellness programs, developing dashboards, and guiding leadership on policy and strategy. This role demands senior HR expertise and strategic execution.

Qualifications

Three years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience providing a broad understanding of HR functions.
Education substitution allows one year of study above high school for nine months of experience, up to three years for a four-year degree.
Seven years of HR experience in compensation, total rewards, and related areas within a large organization.
Ability to develop, analyze, and evaluate HR programs using data and cost modeling.
Ability to provide guidance to senior management on policies and practices.

Responsibilities

Manage enterprise-wide total rewards and wellness programs with metrics and dashboards.
Administer compensation, incentives, recognition, and pay programs for exempt and hourly employees.
Develop and advise on performance management policies and merit structures.
Supervise staff and ensure compliance with regulations and budgets.
Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and program effectiveness.
