Job summary

NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) seeks a Senior HR leader to manage enterprise-wide Total Rewards programs, including compensation, incentives, performance management, and wellness initiatives. You will oversee program design, budgeting, and governance, ensuring alignment with DoD and OPM standards.

The role requires deep experience in compensation, classification, and employee well-being, with the ability to develop metrics and dashboards for program effectiveness and cost management

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressively responsible HR experience in a large, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Manages enterprise Total Rewards and wellness programs across the organization.
• Develops metrics, dashboards, and cost models to evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
• Advises leadership on compensation, position management, and pay strategies.
• Oversees market analyses, benchmark positions, and wage surveys to inform pay structures.
• Provides guidance on policy development, compliance, and program governance.
