Job summary

V2X, headquartered in Reston, VA, seeks a Senior Executive Director, Total Rewards to shape and run the company\'s global compensation, benefits, and equity programs. You will partner with the CHRO and Finance to align rewards with business strategy and regulatory requirements in a complex government contracting environment.

This hybrid role requires leadership of a cross-functional team and travel. Candidates should have 15+ years in total rewards, deep experience in large public companies, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
• Current or past CCP or equivalent certification and/or training.
• 15+ years in total rewards with 5+ years in senior leadership roles in global/public companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement total rewards strategies across incentive design and benefits.
• Lead redesign of compensation structures for internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Oversee equity administration and executive compensation programs with CHRO and Board.
• Lead Total Rewards team and build scalable processes and systems.
