Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards Projects in Houston for an individual contributor role. You will plan, coordinate, and execute Total Rewards projects across Benefits, Compensation, and related systems, delivering data-driven results.

This role supports Workday Benefits, Bswift integrations, and governance across projects. The position requires 3–4 days on-site in the Energy Corridor; deep knowledge of Workday, HRIS, and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of Total Rewards, HR technology, or related analytical role.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits or Compensation modules or similar HRIS.
• Experience supporting HR/Total Rewards projects including implementations, integrations, or process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to present data clearly.
• Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, FLSA and related regulations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end coordination of Total Rewards projects including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks among HR, Payroll, HRIS, Technology, Legal, Finance and vendors.
• Participate in workshops, requirements sessions, and stakeholder meetings; document outcomes.
• Support governance activities including risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
