Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards Projects to support planning, coordination, and execution of Total Rewards initiatives.

You will apply your expertise in Workday, Benefits, and Compensation to drive project delivery and data accuracy across HR programs. As an individual contributor, you will develop project plans, track milestones, assist in testing, and coordinate with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Technology, Legal, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum four to six years of Total Rewards or related analytical experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits or Compensation modules, or similar HRIS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present data clearly.
• Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, FLSA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end Total Rewards projects across benefits and compensation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to keep projects on track.
• Support testing and QA for Benefits and Compensation system changes.
