Job summary

HSBMA is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist (or Senior Specialist) to lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation and performance management programs for salaried and hourly employees. The role oversees planning, benchmarking, and analytics, and coordinates expatriate compensation and tax processes with ADP and payroll teams.

The candidate will analyze compensation data, ensure internal equity, and work across HR, Finance, Payroll, and external advisors.

Qualifications

5+ years HR experience focused on compensation, total rewards, and performance management.
Experience administering compensation planning, salary structures, and market benchmarking.
Proficiency with HRIS such as SAP, ERP, and ADP and strong MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical, detail-oriented and collaborative skills.
Ability to handle confidential compensation data with discretion.

Responsibilities

Develop and administer compensation programs aligned with business needs.
Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and guidelines including job evaluation and benchmarking.
Manage annual compensation processes including merit increases, promotions, and bonuses.
Coordinate expatriate compensation and tax-related processes.
Provide HR analytics on compensation and workforce costs and related reporting.
