Job summary

Based in Medina, OH, this role reports to the Manager of Human Resources and partners with leaders to analyze compensation trends and improve processes through HR analytics and open enrollment activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of payroll, benefits, total rewards, or HR operations experience.
Experience administering multi-state and international payroll.
Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations, benefits administration, and employment laws.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to support employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Payroll Administration: Process and audit U.S. and Canadian payroll accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local payroll regulations.
Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end processing activities.
Respond to payroll-related employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Develop and maintain payroll procedures and internal controls.
