Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3–5 years related experience without a degree.
• 1+ year HRIS experience.
• 1+ year HR department support experience.
• Working knowledge of HRIS functionality and user support.
• SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the HRIS, configurations, upgrades, and workflows across HR functions.
• Provide system troubleshooting, training, and end-user support.
• Oversee data integrity, security permissions, and system compliance.
