Credit Human is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist for the Compensation and Benefits Department in San Antonio, TX. This on-site role focuses on payroll and benefits services to internal members with strict confidentiality.

The position supports benefits administration, deductions, leave requests, and invoices. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in payroll compliance and HRIS systems, with strong data accuracy and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of compliance and reporting experience.
• 2+ years in directly supporting products/services.
• 2+ years handling data entry for employment/financial transactions.
• 2+ years posting and reconciling general ledger activity.
• 2+ years working with HRIS systems/payroll software.
• 2+ years supporting data quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Administers benefits for new hires and life events.
• Manages benefit deductions and leave-of-absence processing.
• Coordinates benefits-related terminations and invoicing.
• Supports Payroll with data maintenance, payroll processing, and reports.
• Responds to employee inquiries and troubleshoots UKG system issues.
