Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations, this role partners across the organization to ensure programs are competitive, equitable, scalable, and aligned with Tango's mission and growth. You will lead key compensation initiatives, own administration of health, welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, and recognition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in HR, focusing on compensation, benefits or total rewards.
• Experience supporting a fast-paced biotech, life sciences, or high-growth organization.
• Strong knowledge of compensation programs, market pricing, salary surveys, and job architecture.
• Experience managing employee benefits programs, broker relationships, open enrollment, and vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve Tango's compensation and job leveling framework.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to support competitive pay decisions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on job pricing, offers, and compensation guidance for new hires.
• Lead annual compensation planning, merit, equity, and promotion processes.
• Manage Tango's employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, wellness, and other rewards.
