Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive total rewards experience in design and management.
• Experience in PE-backed environments or multi-site operations strongly preferred.
• CCP or CBP designation preferred; equivalent experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive compensation architecture.
• Oversee the Management Incentive Plan (MIP) and short-term incentive programs.
• Lead benefits strategy including vendor selection and program design.
