Job summary

The role collaborates with Human Resources, Finance, and external partners to ensure accurate data and compliant processes.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of payroll, benefits, and compensation experience, strong Excel skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with Paycor or similar HRIS/payroll platform.
• Experience with market pricing and benchmarking; PayFactors or similar.
• Experience with benefit carriers, brokers, payroll providers, and other HR vendors.
• CCP, FPC, CEBS, CPP or other relevant credential.
• Experience within a nonprofit or similarly complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing and related tax, deductions, and reporting.
• Audit payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and maintain internal controls.
• Administer employee benefit programs and enrollments, open enrollment, and communications.
• Support compensation programs including market pricing, salary ranges, and merit planning.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and develop reports, dashboards, and audits.
