Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Manager of Compensation and Benefits to lead TDECU’s total rewards strategy, overseeing compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition programs. The role attracts and retains talent, ensures pay equity and market competitiveness, and blends strategic insight with hands-on program management.

The position leads job architecture, pay structures, and incentive programs, while collaborating with CHCO and leaders to align programs with business goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in Total Rewards (compensation and benefits).
• Workday Compensation experience required.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• M&A experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition programs.
• Maintain job architecture and pay structures.
• Lead annual merit, bonus, and benefits cycles.
• Develop dashboards and actionable insights from total rewards data.
• Advise the CHCO and leaders on program design and decisions.
• Ensure compliance across federally, state, and local regulations.
