Job summary
San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living operations. This hands-on role manages daily Total Rewards activities, data accuracy, and compliance while partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, and senior leaders to ensure competitive, cost-effective programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, or related field.
- 6–8+ years in compensation and benefits, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and HRIS is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs; lead annual planning and reviews in ADP.
- Analyze data, market trends, and internal equity to guide decisions.
- Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies; maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and senior leadership to align programs with strategy.
