Job summary

San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living in San Francisco’s Excelsior neighborhood seeks a hands-on Total Rewards Manager to administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living operations.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and executives to ensure competitive, compliant programs, with a focus on data accuracy, analytics, and employee support.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of total rewards best practices, compensation design, compliance and market trends.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day owner of compensation operations and provide hands-on support to HR Partners and leaders.
• Lead and administer the annual compensation planning and review cycle in ADP, including system configuration and reporting.
• Manage day-to-day operation of Total Rewards data and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain compensation structures, pay ranges, job classifications, and related documentation.
• Provide hands-on education and support to employees on benefits programs.
