Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Total Rewards Manager in downtown Houston to lead benefits, compensation, and compliance for a large North American workforce. This hands-on leader will manage multijurisdiction benefits, oversee vendor relationships, and drive reporting and analytics for senior leaders.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and Payroll to optimize total rewards while guiding workforce integration initiatives and growth projects. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in total rewards with U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Benefits, Compensation, or Total Rewards.
• Direct experience supporting U.S. and Canadian benefits programs.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian retirement plans and cross-border compliance.
• Experience with multi-site benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Advanced reporting, analytics, and executive-facing presentations.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of employee benefit programs across jurisdictions.
• Manage annual open enrollment, renewals, vendor relationships, and contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for benefits and employment laws.
• Support retirement plans and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and presentations for executives.
• Oversee compensation structures, salary administration, and incentive programs.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and vendors to optimize total rewards.
• Mentor a benefits team member.
• Support workforce integration initiatives.
