The Heritage Group in Indianapolis is seeking an entry‑level Compensation & Total Rewards intern to assist with auditing, benchmarking and reporting. You will analyze total rewards data, prepare supporting reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to support informed decisions.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a business‑oriented bachelor’s degree with strong MS Office and data analysis skills, able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Preferred: rising junior/senior pursuing a bachelor's in HR/benefits/finance/health & wellbeing or related fields.
• Interest in Human Resources is required.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compensation auditing.
• Assist with compensation requests.
• Assist with compensation benchmarking and survey completion.
• Analyze total rewards data and develop reports to support decision-making.
• Use project management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business.
