Job summary

DigiKey Electronics seeks a Total Rewards Senior Benefits Partner to manage health & welfare and retirement plans, leaves of absence, and accommodations. You’ll ensure compliance, drive wellness initiatives, and lead cross-functional projects within the Total Rewards team.

Responsibilities include administering benefit plans, overseeing leaves, and coordinating with brokers in the US and UK, while leveraging HRIS systems to maintain accurate records and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in benefits and wellness plan administration.
• 7+ years in customer service.
• 7+ years in vendor performance management.
• PHI, HIPAA, ERISA, ACA, FMLA, PWFA, ADA compliance knowledge.
• Experience in data processing and document management.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer health, dental, vision, life and AD&D, disability and 401(k) plans.
• Ensure accurate continuation, termination and application of benefits for all employees and those on leave or with accommodations.
• Oversee employee wellness programs under four pillars: financial, mental, physical, social.
• Provide oversight and chair the employee wellness committee.
• Advise on leave and accommodation cases to ensure compliant resolutions.
• Stay current with state and federal leave/benefit laws and regulations.
• Manage vendor performance and SLAs; coordinate with brokers in US/UK.
• Maintain documentation of processes with stakeholders; report on utilization and outcomes.
