Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of benefits and wellness plan administration
• 7+ years of customer service experience
• 7+ years of vendor performance management experience
• PHI/HIPAA/ERISA/ACA/FMLA/ADA compliance knowledge
• Experience with data processing, document management and client engagement
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills
• Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

• Administer benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, 401(k)) compliant with laws
• Ensure accurate continuation, termination and enrollment for active, on leave, or separated employees
• Administer wellness programs across four wellbeing pillars
• Provide oversight as chair for the wellness committee
• Advise on complex leave and accommodation cases for compliant resolutions
• Stay updated on state and federal laws affecting benefits and leave
• Manage vendor SLAs and service quality; monitor utilization
• Collaborate with benefits brokers in the US and UK
• Document processes with stakeholders; maintain accurate records
• Monitor engagement and utilization of benefits and leave programs
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve health and wellness programs
• Partner with Total Rewards on program design and execution
• Perform administrative and project management tasks
• Respond to inquiries with timely and equitable resolutions
• Contribute to annual open enrollment and enrollment guides
