Qualifications

• Currently a junior or senior student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Workday or HRIS preferred.
• Strong analytical and data organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Support job profile projects, including descriptions, benchmarking, and compensation reviews.
• Assist with revised compensation framework development and related reporting.
• Support Workday system functionality projects and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR system efficiency and user experience.
• Create and maintain process, system, and end-user documentation.
• Analyze HR data and support HR metrics and reporting.
• Assist with employee benefits activities, including health and retirement benefits.
• Collaborate with departments on Total Rewards and HRIS projects.
• Complete other projects and duties from the VP Total Rewards & HRIS.
