Job summary

Jobtailor in Framingham, MA is seeking an analytical co-op to support Global Talent Management initiatives. You will analyze data across evaluations, project tracking, scheduling tools, and learning program usage; develop reports for leaders to make data-informed decisions; and collaborate with HR to learn our operating model.

You will gain hands‑on experience with data storytelling, dashboarding, and presenting insights to senior leaders while working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current student eligible for an intermediate to advanced co‑op
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or another major that may be considered
• Sincere interest in a career in data analysis
• Detail oriented
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and VLOOKUP
• Dashboarding experience with Power BI and/or Tableau preferred
• Proven leadership abilities
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Data- and number-driven mindset
• Ability to create compelling presentations of data for storytelling
• Ability to anticipate and think through the impact of decisions
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in teams and communicating to groups
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment on simultaneous projects independently and in teams
• Willingness to seek feedback and incorporate it to enhance performance

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for Global Talent Management strategic initiatives
• Perform data analysis across class evaluations, project management tracking, course scheduling tools, and learning program consumption
• Develop reports that enable leaders to make data-informed talent development decisions
• Compile and organize historical data for future talent development classes and programs
• Contribute to projects supporting development of the Global Talent Management operating model
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Talent Management and HR departments
• Engage with management to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
• Learn and understand the TJX retail business operating model
• Receive supervision, guidance, and hands‑on training while executing assigned projects and deliverables
