Job summary

Mosaic Health is seeking a strategic Vice President, Total Rewards to lead enterprise compensation and benefits, uniting programs under a cohesiveTotal Rewards strategy. You will shape executive rewards, governance, and benchmarking while driving consistency, scalability, and analytics across the organization.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will influence senior leaders, manage investments in rewards, and guide harmonization across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Total Rewards, Compensation, or related HR leadership roles.
• Significant enterprise-level compensation and benefits experience.
• Experience with executive compensation and governance.
• Strong business and financial acumen linked to performance outcomes.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide changes.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Mosaic Health's enterprise Total Rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, executive rewards, and related programs.
• Lead compensation strategy including base pay, incentives, salary structures, and job architecture.
• Lead benefits strategy across health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs.
• Establish Total Rewards governance and market-based compensation practices.
• Partner with senior leaders on significant compensation and rewards decisions.
• Oversee executive compensation governance and committee activities.
• Lead annual compensation planning and strengthen analytics, technology, and processes.
• Harmonize rewards programs across Mosaic Health and manage transformation impacts.
• Lead due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions.
• Leverage data, technology, automation, and AI to improve decision-making and experience.
