Mosaic Health is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise compensation and benefits programs. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this executive will unify Compensation and Benefits under an integrated Total Rewards framework to drive business performance and attract key talent.
The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in Total Rewards leadership, executive compensation experience, and strong analytical, governance, and change-management

- Extensive Total Rewards leadership with enterprise scope.
- Experience in compensation, benefits, and governance.
- Executive compensation knowledge and due diligence.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute enterprise Total Rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, and executive programs.
- Lead compensation strategy, including base pay, incentives, benchmarking, and job architecture.
- Oversee benefits strategy across health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs.
- Establish governance and market-based compensation practices.
- Partner with senior leaders on major compensation decisions and committee activities.
- Lead annual compensation planning and strengthen analytics and processes.
- Drive rewards harmonization and integration in M&A activities.
- Leverage data, technology, and AI to improve decisions and employee experience.
- Build scalable operating practices and governance for growth.
