Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation governance, salary structures, and incentive programs for the USA and Canada. The role ensures competitive, equitable, and compliant practices aligned with business objectives and talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in compensation and/or total rewards, preferably US/Canada.
• Experience in a large company with global/regional compensation structures.
• Experience in a matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices, job evaluation, salary structures, and market pricing.
• Familiarity with pay equity, transparency laws, and local reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation governance and operations for USA/CAN, ensuring fair, competitive practices.
• Maintain and administer salary ranges, incentive programs, and related processes.
• Oversee annual salary review and merit cycle, including benchmarking and budgeting.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and ICB on compensation matters and governance.
• Own compensation documentation, controls, and SOPs for USA/CAN.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/provincial pay/transparency requirements.
• Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and risk analyses for leadership.
• Support audits and remediation actions to keep processes audit-ready.
