Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with strong expertise in benefits and leave administration.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience with compensation, workers' compensation, HRIS platforms, and multi-state employment practices.
Experience managing benefit vendors, brokers, and third‑party administrators.

Responsibilities

Lead administration of all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
Ensure compliance with federal and state benefit regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and leave laws.
Administer employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA accommodations, paid family and medical leave, etc.).
Oversee benefits administration systems, HRIS integrations, eligibility processing, enrollment activities, and vendor file feeds.
Conduct market pricing and competitive compensation analyses; maintain salary structures and pay ranges.
