You will lead annual open enrollment, craft engaging total rewards communications, track key metrics, and benchmark programs against the market to stay competitive. This role partners with HR to educate employees and protect the company from regulatory risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of self-insured and fully insured health, welfare, and retirement plans.
• Understanding of HIPAA, FMLA, ERISA reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to explain complex benefits topics to individuals and groups.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs and ensure compliance.
• Own annual open enrollment end-to-end: communications, rate analysis, vendor coordination.
• Develop clear communications around benefits and total rewards.
