Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end administration of Total Rewards programs and related benefits.
• Serve as a primary contact for employees, managers, and vendors, resolving inquiries and guiding communications.
• Process vendor invoices, run reports in Excel, and reconcile discrepancies through payment.
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems and support process documentation and improvements.
