Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to maintain and oversee benefits data, processes, escalations, and file feeds within the Total Rewards department. You will support pension, profit sharing, charitable contributions, student loan reimbursement, and other employee benefits while assisting employees, retirees, and dependents.

You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery, test and resolve file feeds, reconcile vendor data, and produce

Qualifications

• 3+ years of benefit coordination and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Workday and HRIS systems.
• Experience with pension, profit sharing, and retirement program administration is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administration of Total Rewards programs including pension, profit sharing, and other benefits.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employees, managers and vendors; resolve inquiries and escalations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT to manage program operations and data integrity.
• Analyze vendor data and invoices; reconcile discrepancies and drive payments.
• Maintain data accuracy across systems and document processes.
