Badger Meter Inc. is seeking a Benefits & Leave Administrator to manage employee benefits questions, enrollments, and annual Open Enrollment while coordinating leave programs and partner relationships with vendors and HR teams.
This role supports HR systems data, reporting, and process improvements using tools like Power Automate, SharePoint, and Excel, in a collaborative corporate environment.
Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions related to benefits, retirement plans, wellness programs, and Total Rewards offerings. Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments, life events, terminations, and annual Open Enrollment. Partner with vendors, payroll, and HR teams to resolve benefit‑related issues and ensure accurate plan administration. Support wellness initiatives, employee education, communications, reporting, and special Total Rewards projects.
Coordinate administrative aspects of leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, and disability programs. Act as a liaison between employees, managers, HR, payroll, and external leave administrators. Maintain accurate leave records and ensure timely communication and compliance.
Maintain benefit and leave data within Workday and related HR systems. Monitor system integrations and support data accuracy through audits and reporting. Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc reports that support Total Rewards programs and decision‑making. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and improve the employee experience. Utilize tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Lists, Teams, and Excel to increase efficiency and visibility. Support technology implementations, vendor integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
