Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) seeks a Total Rewards Analyst to administer compensation and benefits programs, conduct market analyses, and coordinate the Annual Rewards Cycle.

You will partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, managers, and external vendors to ensure Total Rewards programs are competitive, compliant, and well communicated. This hybrid role in San Jose reports to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards and plays a key role in delivering a positive

Qualifications

• Experience with Radford and Culpepper compensation surveys and market data.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analyses.
• Experience with Smartsheet and data analytics to support rewards programs.
• Strong communication across management and teams; confidentiality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Annual Rewards Cycle planning and execution with milestones.
• Prepare reports and modeling for merit, bonus and equity planning.
• Coordinate annual and ad hoc compensation surveys (Radford/Culpepper).
• Draft communications and provide leadership-ready summaries.
• Support benefits enrollment and Leave/absence processes as needed.
